Our Clerk has summarised the debate very succinctly but I would encourage further contributions.
We only have three days remaining and I do not feel that all of the issues have been discussed and certainly not resolved. In particular has the working party been able to reach consensus on:

1. Whether mobile-learning learning blurs the boundaries between formal/informal learning - and whether you believe this to be beneficial or detrimental
2. Is mobile-enabled learning likely to affect 'ownership of learning' in anyway
3. What barriers exist to the introduction and use of mobile learning - and how such barriers might be overcome

We have heard consistently about the problems and barriers from those against the motion, but little about how we could address potential problems. Give us your views and thoughts - I think the debate should be able to go further than it currently has.
