From the Chair
We are certainly hearing of the potential difficulties of introducing mobile enhanced learning in terms of costs, technical IT issues, student accessibility and ensuring we meet the needs of all learners, plus concerns over intrusion into personal lives.

I wonder whether anyone can 'balance' this argument? Is there evidence of benefits to learners or tutors? Perhaps there are students for whom the classroom and formal teaching methods are not ideal - how could we engage with those students?

I look forward to hearing from others that might be able to offset the fears about budgets or technical support difficulties. The views of parents will also be key in this discussion - perhaps they can shed some light on what their children think of this idea?
